  • Lack of Development: If the project was not completed or cancelled due to lack of development, we will provide a refund to the client. However, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the developer charge and any company expenses incurred during the project's development.
  • Non-compliance with Documentations: If the project was not delivered according to the documentation, we will provide a refund to the client. However, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the developer charge and any company expenses incurred during the project's development.

Please note that we do not provide complete refunds under any circumstances. We will always deduct the developer charge and company expenses incurred during the project's development before issuing a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases There are certain cases where we do not offer refunds. These include:

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the project, we do not provide refunds.
  • Delayed Timelines: If there is a delay in project completion due to any unforeseen circumstances, we do not provide refunds.
  • Handover of Code: Once the code is handed over to the client, we do not offer refunds.
  • Changes to Requirements or Scope: If the client changes the project requirements or scope, we do not offer refunds.
  • Project Almost Completed: If the project is nearing completion, we do not offer refunds.

Refund Processing Time Once we receive a refund request, we will review the request and determine its eligibility for a refund. If eligible, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days.
